There are 27 Hawaiian specimens in the collection and 0 of them carry both a date and a note about what the plant was doing. That is not enough to state a month, and saying one anyway would be worse than saying nothing.

The specimens exist. What each one shows is visible in its photograph and has simply never been written down.
